You should use mild soap and water on a soft cloth, do not rinse the watch or rubber straps under water. Use a clean soft cloth with clean water to rinse. Pat dry with a clean dry cloth.
We recommend that you do NOT try to replace the strap yourself to avoid damage to the watch case. We highly recommend having the strap replaced by a local watch / Jewelry store. They should be able to replace the strap for you in a few minutes at a minimal cost (usually $5 USD )
